Demetra George Immersion Weekend February 2020

The South Florida Astrological Association would like to cordially invite you to:

A Weekend with Demetra George

SATURDAY MORNING LECTURE (February 8, 2020): Asteroid Goddesses 2020

The asteroid goddess are voices of the feminine. This richly illustrated presentation charts their role in the key events of the Women’s Movement since their discovery in the early nineteenth century. Moving into the present era of MeToo, let’s see which political candidates, leaders and other influential people are most attuned to advocating for the concerns of Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON/SUNDAY WORKSHOP (February 8-9, 2020): The Houses: Their Strengths, Joys and Ancient Mystery Teachings

Ancient astrologers understood their art as a mystery tradition and encoded the spiritual significance of each house into its name. Discover the secret doctrines associated with each place of life, such as the third house Goddess signifying ritual and sacred rites, the second house Gate of Hades as injunctions around the misuse of wealth, and the ninth house God as the home of astrologers and prophets.

Gain deeper insight into meanings of the houses as they are derived from the planetary joys and discover the elegant substructure that links planets to houses and sect rejoicing.
